ABOUT FCEA

The Fulton County Employee Association (FCEA) Mission

To function as a nonprofit corporation for the purpose of engaging in benevolent, charitable, community, and other activities for the benefit of the employees and residents of Fulton County and for any other lawful purposes not specifically prohibited to nonprofit organizations under the applicable laws of the State of Georgia, and/or the Constitution of the United States.

To encourage and promote the morale of all employees and to carry out the responsibilities specified in the FCEA by-laws and charter.

To engage in direct dialogue with all elected appointed officials of Fulton County and its sub-agent and/or agencies, whenever such dialogue would be the best method for communication to discuss the concerns and issues of FCEA members relative to the work environment, human resources development, human resources management and employee benefits, etc.
Our History
Fulton County Employees' Association (FCEA)
The Fulton County Employees’ Association (FCEA) is a State chartered non-profit organization formed in 1969.
The purpose of FCEA is to engage in various activities that will benefit and uplift the morale of the employees of Fulton County and for any other lawful purpose not specifically prohibited to non-profit organizations under the applicable laws of the State of Georgia and/or the Constitution of the United States.

FCEA represents all Fulton County employees.
FCEA communicates with elected and appointed officials of Fulton County and its sub-agent and/or agencies to discuss members’ concerns. The nature of dialogue ranges from safety conditions and benefits relative to the work place.
